Refund policy

At LifeThrive Home Medical Equipment, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund of the product price or exchange. The return shipping fee of $12.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.

After the return is approved, refunds will be credited to the original form of payment less the return shipping fee of $12.00.

The following rules apply:

  • Returns and exchanges will gladly be accepted within 30 days of purchase, except for medical furniture such as beds, lift chairs, electric scooters, and other large items.
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and unopened packaging (if applicable).
  • Altered apparel, special orders, perishable, mattresses, cushions, shower chairs, toilet seats or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

LifeThrive Home Medical Equipment reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

Please allow 7 to 10 (based on your bank) business days for processing your return and receiving a refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
